It's a simple process. Just call customer care and they will transfer.. they will only transfer to the air india number registered on your card - make sure it's the correct one

I had contacted sbi card customer care and they had no clue about this. After transferring to 2 people and checking with their senior, they told me to contact Air India customer care directly!

Now you can transfer points without calling or mailing.

Just go to reward points section and search air india. From there you can directly redeem points (1:1) to your Air india account

I was able to contact sbi cc and they have raised a request for conversion. But it is in progress since 2 weeks!!

Can we apply add-on for Air India SBI Signature Card, and would the add-on holder also be eligible to book personal Air India flight tickets at 30p/100Rs?

I have reached the milestone of ₹5 lac annual spend but have not been credited 20,000 milestone reward points. Are they credited automatically? Any time frame ? Or do we have to contact customer care ?

Mine was credited within 10 days of reaching the milestone

Yes, they are credited automatically. Typically, your reward points are credited 2-3 days after your spending.

On an average I have seen the bonus points being credited 3-4 days After the rewards are credit. If they are not, just call up the SBI CC helpline and rause a complaint. They will resolve it soon enough.

Yes, you can apply for an add-on card. It is a very simple process that you can initiate from the app itself.


Regarding reward points for add on card user - I do not think that is possible. The rules say tickets booked for the card holder in their name (I assume the card holder here is the primary card holder).

Check with the SBI cc helpline for a quick confirmation.
