The HDFC Regalia Gold Credit Card provides 2 or 4/qtr complimentary domestic lounge access, but it has a spend-based structure:

1. Base Benefit: Two complimentary domestic lounge visits per quarter.

2. Additional Access: Earn two extra lounge visits in the subsequent quarter by spending ₹1.5 lakh in the current calendar quarter.

Oh that's intresting. Don't think any other bank has curbed Lounge access this way. It's good for occasional fliers and stops overuse of the benefit.
