All Bigbasket transactions are done from tataneu but after 3rd july all entries are with name bigbasket pune, maybe starting from july they devalued transaction from tata neu bigbasket.

So without any notice anyday they can stop giving cashback from Airtel and swiggy zomato also.

Bhai technically dekha jaye toh yha bank sahi hai apni jagah pe. Wo cashback direct Bigbasket se order krne me milta hai jo ki tum abi bhi karoge toh milega. Tab merchant name bhi sahi ayega. Tata Neu ke through krne pe cashback milega ye kahi ni likha tha.
Iska solution hai pehle bigbasket app se jake bb wallet load krlo via Airtel card. Uske baad Tata Neu se order karlo.

There sure is a cashback issue in the current statement. I got 242 instead of 300. I raised an issue already and was told it shows 300 in their system and asked me to wait till the amount is credited before the next statement is generated.
P.S: I kindly request you all to post in English. I use google translate if I want to know what's being discussed but it gets tedious if I have to use it for every post. Thank you.

Please note the cash back for axis aritel card is credited when the bill is generated but rather it’s credited couple of days before next billing cycle
Example let say you bought something on 5th june and your statement is generated on 10th june then you will be getting the cash back on around 9 july so it takes 1month + the days from the day you made purchase till bill genration in this case it will be around 35 days it can be as high as around 2 months for cash back if you purchase something just after bill generation

Recent update - I have added money first in bb walet through bigbasket app and then purchased through tataneu but transaction in axis bank showing with bigbasketpune only that means we will not receive 10% cb from this way also, so for bigbasket 10% cb we have to giveup 5% neucoins and 50 additional delivery charge 🫡

Or if you can buy bigbasket GV from your card at better discount rate.
Like using SBI Cashback or HDFC Millenia for Bigbasket GV would fetch around 7% cashback. And then buying from Tata Neu would give 5% NeuCoins. Total 12% reward rate.

For me, even on BigBasket standalone app, it doesn't charge delivery fees no matter the amount and number of split orders. Although I have never ordered products in a split fashion.
