Airtel Axis Bank Card less Cashback

I have recently taken Axis Airtel credit card
In 1st month statement I have spent 2200 on bigbasket through Tata Neu and 2000 on swiggy and rest 4000 on others including Goibibo
.
Still the cashback amount is only 319
It should be around 450 rs
.
Tried reaching axis bank support but its very difficult due to 1860 chargebale numbers and 1800 number not connecting..
.
Dropped a mail also but only automated response I have received..
.
Can anyone guide me whats the Issue and what should I do???

Now its fetching same Bigbasket Pune merchant name on wallet load as well. So you won't get 10% Cashback most probably.

I use Sodexo meal card for purchasing groceries from bigbasket. As we can't purchase non food items, I always top-up my bbwallet for them from bigbasket app and do the order in one shot. I am getting airtel axis cb everytime. Am I missing anything in this conversation?

Tried loading BB wallet via website and getting merchant as Innovative Retail Concepts on Juspay payment gateway. Does it give 10% CB?

After pro-longed discussion with upto PNO, they agreed to credit the missing cashback of last month (this includes details about purchases, including invoices etc.).

Surprisingly, they messed up this month cashback and no where above said missing cashback reflected in current month statement. So, again have to continue that discusssion.

Warning: Issue currently with BigBasketPune merchant.

Update: Received last month missing BigBasketPune transactions. Same escalated for this month, and it resolved with same long discussion.

From this month onwards, suggested not use this card on BigBasket.

Bigbasket on Tata Neu works for you guys? Since the beginning it always gives errors preventing me from checking out.

I have adjusted to understand the cashback for the statement is not going to be correct despite arguing with them. We have to be happy with whatever we managed to get.
