Airtel Axis Bank Card less Cashback

I have recently taken Axis Airtel credit card
In 1st month statement I have spent 2200 on bigbasket through Tata Neu and 2000 on swiggy and rest 4000 on others including Goibibo
.
Still the cashback amount is only 319
It should be around 450 rs
.
Tried reaching axis bank support but its very difficult due to 1860 chargebale numbers and 1800 number not connecting..
.
Dropped a mail also but only automated response I have received..
.
Can anyone guide me whats the Issue and what should I do???

Primary card mai online use kar leta hu
Add on fuel spends pe use ho jata hai to annual fee waiver easily touch ho jaega na

Bundl Technology wale merchant name m Problem hai.

HDFC SWIGGY CARD BHI, bundle wale merchant name pe nhi deta 10%..

From now Onwards avoid this merchant name and Always use Cred if you are making payment at swiggy to get 10% sure shot.

I got airtel axis this month only. I thought I'll get 10 % cashback on Bundl Technology 😭.

But I'll use millenia

Axis will see who I'm after my statement
