How to Maximize Your Rewards​

1. Utilize the Airtel Thanks App: Make all your Airtel payments and utility bill payments through the app to earn higher cashback.
2. Plan Dining and Grocery Spends: Use the card on Zomato, Swiggy, and BigBasket to get 10% cashback.
3. Don't Aim for Annual Fee Waiver: Pay annual fee to get higher %, know when to stop using card.

Note: Above calculations assumed only if one spends on mentioned categories fully every month for whole year. which is a rare scenario, so consider your spends and calculate 50%-80% reward rate based on that.

airtel 2GB/day for 365 days cost: ₹3599
2GB/day for 28 days cost: ₹349 (with airtel card we're getting 25% discount, so actually we're paying ₹262 which means annually paying ₹3141 (hopefully no devaluation by that time))

so, actual % we're getting for airtel recharges using airtel app when paid through airtel axis credit card: 12%

If we consider that value, then spend on 12% Airtel Payments + 10% Utilities + 10% Preferred App = 9.65%
or spent whole 2 Lacs = 5.71%

it should be 50₹ as 10% off on swiggy with Airtel axis

Airtel axis always had this issue with swiggy transactions. However, they do give corrected cashback once they resolve the issue. No one knows when it will happen or if at all it happens but so far for me, they credited additional CB sometimes 4-5 months later too.

May be that's a feature not a bug, since Razorpay and Paytm are both gateways.

Hey I just got the card and need a little help to avail maximum discount.

I have Airtel Wi-Fi I used to recharge it for 6 months which cost me around 5232₹ ( 100Mbps 799₹ wala )

The discount on the card is 25% for Airtel WiFi/ recharge which is capped at 250₹ per month

So is it correct if I switch my plan to a monthly basis which cost me around 799₹ + 144₹ Tax = 943₹
( 25% of 799 will come to around 200₹ Cashback)
Costing me = 744₹ per month

Or if there is any other idea to get maximum discount.

If you are using any other Airtel postpaid services then combine them with Airtel Black to avail black discount+25%discount

Still it is Airtel bill. If I got 10%, that logic would have been correct. But I got zero.
Anyway I will fight it out with Nodal officer

If you are using any other Airtel postpaid services then combine them with Airtel Black to avail black discount+25%discount

You can convert/migrate to postpaid and merge with airtel wifi or dth to avail 100 off on the bill + 25% on the bill using Airtel axis credit card.
Postpaid family plans supports 2 to 4 members
