No, that's not the case. I have no banking relationship with Axis apart from CCs. I'd got my first CC from them via normal application. But since then I've got all my Axis cards pre-approved. If they didn't consider me an existing customer, they wouldn't have offered pre-approved cards.

So should we need to put YES or NO to existing customer as I don't have savings account

@RadTheCrab getting pre-approved cards is different and fresh application is different. why do you thing they ask again whether you are existing customer or not while checking from above link i posted if you already have 3 cards or more ?

Lol, that's not related to you being considered an existing customer or not.
Pre-approved cards are only shown if you have less than 3 CCs. If you have 3 or more cards, their system immediately rejects your application (in a way), so it doesn't show you pre-approved cards, but instead of showing you 'Sorry you're not eligible for any more cards' page, they just redirect you to their normal cc application page which is useless because they'll surely reject your application just like their system initially did by not showing pre-approved offers.

I closed my neo today. But i haven't received any pre-approved credit card offer til now after closing my savings account in 2021. I was holding only 2 cards till oct 2023. But no pre-approved offer. But received only upgrade offer there.

If you have a card with them , you are already a customer, and you should select "yes"

Unfortunately , AX*S has their own dictionary... Only SB account holders believed to be having a relationship with them ... Not CC holders.
