i already have airtel mc , a week ago applied for rupay, it got rejecyed i mailed to pno they are saying that we can't apply for same product. ealier i had a myzone visa and got myzone rupay as a pre approved card it was easy then. now am not getting airtel rupay as pre approved.

Due to a mistake only, people hold two airtel cards. If they fix that, you'll not get it in pre approved offers also

Probably. But from what I've seen in almost a full year of holding two Axis Airtel cards is that they are aware that some people do have more than one Axis Airtel card yet they are ok with it (at least for now).

I recently closed my Axis Ace card, and during the call with the retention team, the Axis representative could see all three of my cards. I know this because he said something along the lines of, 'Sir, your spends on your other two cards are decent. If you use the Ace card similarly, it will provide decent cashback as well'.

So, no need to worry just yet.

Probably. But from what I've seen in almost a full year of holding two Axis Airtel cards is that they are aware that some people do have more than one Axis Airtel card yet they are ok with it (at least for now).

Yes, they mentioned all my cards in call. I was worried about it. I think they didn't report it to higher officials. But as per the policy, we can't hold two variants of same card. Enjoy the party while it lasts

I just surprised that they don't even bother about the updation of cards like it's still available on all the 3 variants. But they informed it's available on Master only. Very pathetic a**ki*s bank

On March 2024 I closed myzone and got 2500 . Two days before they offered me 1250 rewards points for neo rupay and took request for the same(mistakenly took request). But next day I got message that it couldn't be processed 2500 rewards points ( because already given 2500 rp within last 12months). Why only 1250 RP for neo rupay?
