Airtel axis card application issue

I'm trying to apply for Airtel axis card via Airtel thanks app, but it is showing error to recheck application due to incorrect details.
while I checked the details many times, all were correct.
only thing is I already have a Axis Flipkart card issued linked to second mobile number.

can one else faced similar issue?

Hope for airtel cards Custcare is the only solution for queries or approvals.

airtel thanks app is just messed up...card got delivered it still shows processing..but this case i think if u use the phone number of your existing axis card or your phone numbers linked to your pan there wont be any problems like these

im not sure if this is related to phone number.my both numbers are listed in my cibil profile.

I tried applying again yesterday, and this time the application got stuck at Application under review status. usually after reaching this status it used to show mismatch info error after 1 minute. but this time this is staying at this status since last night. and no option to file again or doing something else. no application number too to ask about this to customer care.
looks like an app issue to me

Maybe they're fetching his mobile number instead of yours coz you're trying from his account. So they might be finding it incorrect from starting itself. And hence not even sending details to Axis. Automatically marked as incorrect info.
This is purely my assumption. May or may not be true.

Same issue with mom’s number 😢.

I think this is because of Airtel only. It'll only proceed when you try with your app.

Not your name but it should match your entered mobile number and airtel thanks number.

Yes, There is no option to enter or change number. It takes number by default and send otp to correct number only.

It also auto populate my name, address, dob everything proper from their backend record of Airtel.

Yeah this problem is with Airtel then. They're not sending details to Axis most probably

Try alternate number. I got offer on my alternate number. But It got rejected even though I have Flipkart CC and MyZone
