Airtel axis card application issue

I'm trying to apply for Airtel axis card via Airtel thanks app, but it is showing error to recheck application due to incorrect details.
while I checked the details many times, all were correct.
only thing is I already have a Axis Flipkart card issued linked to second mobile number.

can one else faced similar issue?

Do you have email of nodal officer? They also made 2 credit enquiries and my score dropped by 15 points.

RBL Bank also did 3 credit enquires for my single card application and my score dropped by 18 points.
Is it possible to request the bank to remove unnecessarily 2 enquires?
Has anybody experience this?

I have mailed to Nodal officer regarding this, let's see the response.

got my airtel card today with a limit of 94k now the fight begins to aggregate limit to my other cards

Now the real struggle starts, to get the appropriate cashback because Airtel Axis behaves as blunder sometimes 😂

Yeah this problem is with Airtel then. They're not sending details to Axis most probably

I have three invites for Airtel card in my family except me 🤣 but not able to apply.

Mail sent to pno and their customer care called me and explained the issue. She said she will check and get back.

I hope they call me back and suggest some solution.

Same happened with me, my Prime number is not having the offer but my supplement number of family members had while checking.

So trying my luck now, applied and did vKYC and waiting for approval message 🙂




I got rejected earlier for Samsung card, due to 3month cooling period, let's hope Airtel goes smooth as 3months is over now.

I got rejected earlier for Samsung card, due to 3month cooling period, let's hope Airtel goes smooth as 3months is over now.

I also have same offer but getting error as Recheck your application.

Same happened with me, my Prime number is not having the offer but my supplement number of family members had while checking.

So trying my luck now, applied and did vKYC and waiting for approval message 🙂

I have done all options, still same error.

Yes I could edit the pre-filled DATA, retained the name and DOB same I think. (which we shouldn't change, off-course)

I remember modifying my home address for sure as it had a Aadhar address which populates through the PIN COde, which I corrected to the Exact postal address.

72hrs per their SMS and email, you should know by today or max tomorrow even, as 6th you did.

Hmm...that means you already submitted the form and it proceeded to check on AXIS side from Airtel.

I believe nothing you can do now, I see a snap posted in the beginning of this thread, that could be the case for you also.

Did you had the correct info like Full Name, DOB and PAN etc as that is what important from Airtel/AXIS Form submission to validate on their Live System once you submit or so.

You need to apply through another airtel number if that offer shows up in that, which is in your Airtel Family Plan.

No SMS or email confirmation any so far and the tracker still shows outdated message stating application received on 6th,nothing else.

Hopefully I get my SMS/Email soon today, with a card dispatch details as well. Keeping fingers crossed 🤞 (As they rejected my earlier Samsung card)

If you have a netbanking setup, check if the card shows up in the mobile banking App.

Yes details are correct as tried to apply 3-4 time from one number and

tried other way also from other members account. same issue.

What is your current application status bro? My friend applied on 7 Feb and his Axis cc tracker updated today reflecting rejection of his application, but I applied on 6 Feb , Tracker still stuck on first step Application received.
