Yes its still valid. Question is can we combine IBIS and Accor plus Explorer?

The Ibis one. First, you need to purchase that, then Accor Plus. But, as of now, wait a bit as @theglobalinvestor rightly pointed out that you can't combine them "officially" but it's allowing you to as I checked last time. Let me get it verified again.

Any update on this? Can we combine both?

So it’s over already. Earlier you could’ve combines Ibis Plus and Accor Plus. It was to purchase Ibis Plus then buying AccorPlus. Someone tried the same, now it’s gone.
