One correction need to be made, 1800 2660811 is dedicated number for 811 customer. Whereas ...666 is for all.

not working in the sense.... is gmail giving a message that the recipient address is not found or you are not receiving any acknowledgement..?

If it's the second case; sometimes it takes wayyyyy longg time to receive that Auto Acknowledgement email

I wrote to sashi regarding RM change and imperia. Work done by Branch Manager in less than a day lol. Already converted into imperia and me and other family banking members will be getting new Physical RM.
