I think icici bank has changed the email id's. I'm not getting any response for more than a week from these email id's

If you want to file a complaint against any bank, follow those steps.
Remember one thing, file a complaint with your bank first, then wait 30 days for resolution. If your bank doesn't solve your problem within 30 days, you can move to the RBI banking ombudsman. If you don't get any satisfactory resolution from your bank, you can also move to the RBI banking ombudsman before completing 30 days.

What to do if pno is also not responding to you.

Basically I tried to applied for au ixigo credit card somewhere in March or April 2024. That time it was declined as I was not going to office, so verification was not possible.
Now I want to apply again, but even after completing 180 days, it is still asking me to wait for 180 days. I m mailing customer care again and again to delete my lead for au ixigo credit card, and even after mailing to customer care, nodal office and pno, I am unable to apply for this card.
Any suggestions
