Introduction

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) is set to launch RuPay credit cards with all major banks in the coming years. RuPay currently offers three main credit card variants:
  1. RuPay Classic (Basic/Standard)
  2. RuPay Platinum (Premium) // includes SwiggyOne, Spa, Gift Cards, and more.
  3. RuPay Select (Super Premium)
There are also two sub-types under RuPay Select:
  1. RuPay Select
  2. RuPay Select Wellness (includes Gym, Spa, Golf programs, and more).
Key Features of RuPay Credit Cards
  • International Acceptance: Supported by Discover Financial Services, Diners Club International, Pulse, and JCB.
  • Free Benefits: Lounge access, wellness perks, and e-commerce offers.
  • Bank Offers: RuPay cards are eligible for the same offers as Visa/Mastercard (e.g., 10% discounts on Amazon, Flipkart).
  • No Discrimination Between Networks: If your Visa/Mastercard is lifetime free, the RuPay equivalent will also be lifetime free.

12. AU Small Finance Bank​

  • Update 11th, December, 2024: Now all AU bank Credit Cards live on RuPay including AU LIT, Vetta, Zenith, AU Zenith+ RuPay Credit Card etc

Each bank offers straightforward processes to switch to RuPay:

Final Notes​

  1. RuPay cards are on par with Visa/Mastercard in terms of offers and features.
  2. Newly launched RuPay cards might not immediately qualify for e-commerce offers—contact the bank for updates (Everything starts working perfectly after a few months).
  3. RuPay's partnerships ensure seamless international acceptance.

Mastercard's top management executives, including former CEO. COO, CTO, Asia-pacific head, Mastercard India & south Asia head etc.
They are interfering too much on India's internal matters. They always tweet and retweet something against India.

I also wrote a letter to PMO for this and guess what ? After 1.5 month RBI announced to ban mastercard. 🤣🤣

Visa card is good company, Visa never interfering on any India's Internal matters. In fact few months back when Visa card complaint to US govt for promotion of domestic payments rival RuPay. Just after 3 days, Visa indirect apologized and clarify we are facing competition from everywhere. All countries now promote domestic payment system and blah blah blah.. bohut kuch bola tha, taki Indians hate na kare Visa card ko.

Visa, Amex, Diners club yeh companies chup chap business karte hai, sirf India nahi har countries.

Mastercard k har countries k sath pange hai, Europe me 2 times riots ho chuke hai mastercard k chalte. 🤣🤣

BOB Eterna is currently not available on RuPay. Create a new post for Eterna and discuss there. 🤣🤣

Well tbh har network ka atleast ek card toh hona hi chahiye in my opinion.

Just got BOB card , its a Rupay JCB , i will set the pin.
I dont think i need to verify if its LTF as it should be under the offer only.
