Amazon Pay and Amazon Shopping Limits in HDFC Gyftr

I am getting failure after entering OTP when trying to shop on gyftr for amazon vouchers. Card used is Infinia - Any idea what may be the reason?

I went for Kalyan Coin vouchers. Even if you offset making charges and GST on it , still it was like buying gold at 10% discount.
Please find out how much cash you will get back, when you sell the same gold coin back to the shop immediately for cash. Thanks 🙏🏼

Also let us all know if they refuse to give you cash for that same gold coin.

Sell in some other place na.
Another place will give you a still lower price, because of their buy--sell spread and markup.

When selling gold, the best place is to sell is to the same shop you bought it from, anytime in the past.
other shops will give you a lower price

It is not the case with gold coins. Go to local jewellers of your city, they are very eager to buy branded gold coins and offer good price too.

What you are saying is true for selling jewelery whether it is gold or diamond.

Spread for 24C coins is 3-4% or lesser. (minus gst ofcourse)

How much GST will be lost
3% . See I know all these . I get Amazon vouchers at approx 15% discount. If I even get 5% value out of it and it completes one part of my investment portfolio (gold), I am fine with it. (Because I anyways would have done that expense in absence of vouchers)

So a guaranteed loss of 4% spread + 3% GST.
I would rather use 15% discounted Amazon pay for electricity, gas, mobile recharge, Ola, Uber, Swiggy, Amazon shopping etc

Good for you. 👍
I have 0 Ola uber spends , swiggy spends are taken care off by swiggy vouchers and i do not do that much shopping as well. Accumulating amazon + shopping vouchers for an year , spend on Amazon however much I can and then buy coin vouchers around sept Oct from remaining amount. Worked for me in past, and happy with it.
I don't want to force spend on places I do not want

How do you get this 15% discount?
and is it for Amazon pay or shopping?

Infinia - I get around 7500 points, which I value at Re 1 each , on buying vouchers worth 45k (20k Amazon, 25k Amazon shopping)

Earlier used to buy via magnus as well when it used to offer 5x gyftr/milestone.
