Amazon Pay ICICI Credit card application on hold

I had applied Amazon pay ICICI credit card on November 6th 2022, always my card status get hold because of 'income documents is not clear and password protected or Salary slip is not clear. I reuploaded scanned documents again and again without password protected but always received a message Your Application is on hold.They are neither declining application nor approving.What to do in this situation? Have anyone face this problem? How can I cancel this application?

Send email to careamazonpaycc@icicibank.com help.AmazonPayCC@icicibank.com mentioning your 13-digit Application Number in the subject line along with ITR and latest salary slip with bank statement.
