Hello Everyone,

I applied for Amex Plat Travel on 9th Jan did my KYC the same day, It was pre approved since then I have no contact from Amex, I usually thought it was breezing past for amex
I called them up they said some issue with KYC, someone will call up no one has contacted yet.
Any help is appreciated here.

I had applied for amex platinum travel card through a referral link of my friend on 25th Jan. All the required details filled, but now since last 4 days getting same auto generated mail that someone from Amex will contact me for further processing but not update on it till date. Also am yet to receive the link for video kyc. @BestBanker

Hello Everyone,

I had applied for Amex Platinum Travel Credit Card on May 4th 2024.. Today I received a mail from ID: fraud.application.india@aexp.com with a reference number mentioned in it.. Wasn’t sure what was this mail regarding so had called customer care & got to know that my application was rejected.. Not sure why it was rejected since eligibility criteria wasn’t an issue.. REF # 20241256902036INR..
