Amex Gyftr Devaluation? Multiple numbers not working

Tried buying more than 10K Amazon Vouchers from Gyftr yesterday and post 10K all transactions were getting declined after using a different mobile numbers. Can anyone else confirm the same?

Update:

- Multiple folks have confirmed that their transactions are getting decline, so definitely seems to be true.
- Add-On card will be counted as separate card so you might be able to bypass the 10K limit. I will update this post once I am able to test that myself

Wrote an email to gyftr support today. Let's see what they reply with. I want to unlink the cards from my number.

I sent an email to Gyftr to clarify why my transactions on MRCC was failing and this is the response they gave, ridiculous!

Sincere apologies for the delayed response and regret the inconvenience caused. As per an update received from an internal department your transactions did not met our internal security checks hence, it is no longer possible to conduct transactions safely on an Amex website using your registered credentials. As a result, you will be unable to make any further transactions in the future.

I have Amex Trifecta and use MRCC and Gold for buying vouchers, I spend around 6-10k on each card every month on Gyftr (Amazon Pay, Amazon Fresh & other brand vouchers) with two different numbers, one for each card. I dont think I have abused the system and still MRCC card/primary phone number is banned as per their system!

I'm curious why are you guys buying vouchers above 10k via gyftr for Amazon?
What am I missing here! I know there's reward multiplier, but is it for completing the platinum travel milestone with maximum reward rate? Or to get 5%+ valueback for all spends via amazonpay?

1st priority 2nd one (valueback for all spends via amznpay), which automaically comes with 1st one (milestone benefit).
