Amex Gyftr issue

I had done some txns on 23rd on amex reward multiplier for Gold card(6x1000). Till yesterday they were showing in pending, today everything is blank from morning. CC is saying merchant(amex Gyftr) hasn't claimed transaction hence isn't posted.
If merchant doesn't claim transaction(very less chance of this happening) - I got 6k AGV for free then.

I never get lucky like this. 😏
In recent days I did transactions on all cards including amex gyftr and all were charged within a day or two.

You are Mr Clean , that is why... 😉

I've had the exact experience on two of my Amex cards where the charges disappeared: for one card on Gyftr, and for the card on some offline transactions at the same merchant. The credit balance on both cards have also been restored, as if the transactions didn't happen at all. Both were within a couple of days of each other, so I was wondering if it wasn't a system issue at Amex end and was almost going to call them up.

My last 3 transactions of GVs done on 1st Oct, got settled now and posted in the statement. Statement date is tomorrow..
Still last month's 50K GV nowhere to be seen..Hope it never comes back again..

Very bad news guys..The issue is fixed now..
They have posted my 50K GV in the statement today ,which is statement generation day coincidentally..
Anyway I had to pay for it someday..

Told ya... it always appears by the time statement is generated.
I'm facing same issues with payment credit also now 😬 I get SMS that payment is credited but it doesn't appear on app till statement is generated 😒

This always happens, getting SMS immediately after payment and appears in the statement in a day or two..
Appearing GV payment just before Statment date, this happened for me very first time.. all othertimes in 2 days time...
Lets see what happens to others..

I understand that.. what I was saying , once it becomes due you can't escape it.. Here in this case, the expense went into the air for some time before it was posted ...
