Wallet is if you lose your wallet due to theft, burglary, fire, etc. PP is if some item you purchased is defective/not as described or lost due to theft, burglary, fire, etc.

Ok , so spoke to amex platinum card services this morning and i was told that purchase protection and wallet protection are two different things .

wallet protection is incase we loose our wallets than in one call all our cards are blocked and reissued . this offer is ending on 20th march 2023 not purchase protection.
