AMEX REWARDS TO AVIOS

Hey! There I was going through the Qatar Avios membership and the reward rate and its seems to be a fantastic way to burn miles? Delhi to Qatar just needs 13k miles, and amex gives 2RP = 1 Avios so all in all we can get 50% reward rate for Amex rewards.

I was checking the cheapest flight for Feb to Doha costs 19k, where as Avios miles needed is 13k which is equivalent to 26k RP. Now from what I read Qatar also has the reward rate constant so isn't this an amazing deal for international travellers? Or I am missing something.

I did check and it's available for now. Delhi to Europe around 35k Avios needed and I have around 70k

What was the tax amount you paid? Is it still worth it.

Taxes are high but availability is very good

Taxes are extremely high. Also, you may end up flying Indigo as codeshare partner.
