Any tricks left on Axis ?

15/8 is also almost over.
This is getting a bit ridiculous now. I can imagine myself missing the bill date by a day and Axis wouldn't stop calling me. We hold our end of the bargain and pay bills on time always. Why can't banks hold up their end? It's so easy to say that there's a technical snag and they have no idea when it will be fixed. There's 0 accountability.

Recently, HDFC ran an Accor promotion in which they were crediting 75% bonus miles. I did the transfer at 8 AM. My transaction failed on their website using their card. It's been almost 2 weeks now and neither I have my original RP nor do I have my Accor points let alone the bonus. Called Smartbuy, and they blamed the Infinia team. Called the Infinia team, and they blamed the concierge team. Called concierge which indeed blamed Smartbuy. It got so frustrating that I decided that it was easier to forget 15K RP of Infinia than to follow this up endlessly.

If hdfc accor trf failed, you probably would have got vouchers.

Absolutely agree with your point. I called Axis and asked to cancel my Vistara card after they charged renewal fees. They said, they can't as there is a swipe of Rs. 180 after renewal fees paid. They absolutely declined including PNO.

As per terms and conditions, all points are to be credited within 12 days. Last EM I got for Atlas was 12th June, 2024 and it's 2 months already.

Banks are very particular about their rules but when it comes to customer, they are deaf and dumb 😡

Just received some part of Miles on Atlas . They are releasing now . ☺️ mostly tonight it would be credited completely

Exactly. Our CIBIL is affected if we default, we get endless calls. They have a direct number to the person.

For us, we have to chase the right team, write emails and then wait endlessly. I've also seen the RBI ombudsman ignore everything if it's credit card points/miles/rewards related. If it's not a direct transaction, they don't care at all.
