Anyone got HDFC Core Card as a Second Card after having HDFC Tata Neu card as their first ever (Debut) Card

Want to know if anyone got (either thru pre approved / online/ offline) a HDFC core card like regalia, Millinea etc as their 2nd card after having the Tata Neu Card as their first ever card?

If anyone got a card like this, then it would be contrary to the following HDFC's advice in response to my question regard the same subject matter...

It's been quite a while from the last update. Bad luck for me I guess, I found this thread after getting HDFC SWIGGY LTF as my first HDFC card.
So has anything changed since then or still it's hard to get a core card after getting co branded card as first one?

They denied
Finally I went for Swiggy LTF

My brother held a Paytm HDFC card for over two years with a 50K, but he never received any upgrades despite numerous emails. He finally closed the account and reapplied for the Millennia card online after a week, and it was approved with a 1.8 L limit

So you have both infinity and swiggy? And they denied for core cards?

Shouldn't you have to wait 3 months before applying new cards? But regardless of that, so no limit increase for co branded cards easily?
