Anyone here with a new add on Infinia which has a different card number?

Is there anyone here with a new add on Infinia card that has a different number than the primary? Can you share a censored picture of their statement? I want to see how the spends and points earned on the add on card are displayed in the statement generated for the primary holder
 
Linked mobile will be add on card holders, only if he/she has HDFC account right? If no HDFC account for add on then linked mobile is primary card holders only I guess. Please correct if I am wrong
 
Call Customer care and ask them to cancel just one add-on card. If asked, mention that you wanna apply for a different family member. Once the call is done, login to netbanking and apply for a new add-on for your wife. It should get delivered in about 3 days with a new card number and linked mobile number would be hers. In case it is not(was the case with me), you can call again to get it updated.
Will this get you a new priority pass card with different # as well?
 
I tried opening account on PP website but I got an error something like "the card expiry should not be more than six years", in my case the card expiry is 7 years. Does that mean I can not register on PP web portal? Any idea?
But why are you trying to open an account? There is no account needed. Just swipe your PP immediately on receiving.
 
Instead of bringing a card with me, I assumed there would be a way to use the PP portal to produce a QR code for lounge admission. The manner in which we can utilize the DCB app.
If you have an iPhone, you could possibly use Apple Wallet and add your priority pass to it then you wouldn't have to carry it around and use it at lounges with NFC. I have personally not tried it, but I saw it on their website so you can try.

I wanted to check if this actaully works for Infinia Priority Pass. When I had the DCB, I could see the digital Priority Pass, but I can't find it with Infinia. Does anyone know about this?
 
I applied Add-on card for my brother, he has received the different number then mine, but we're not able to get it activated. That card is not showing up on my account (checked mycards.hdfcbank.com as well), and his account. Spoke to customer care, they have asked for screenshot but not able to figure out whats wrong.

Can anyone suggest how would I get the add-on card activated?

Yes!!! I've been battling with HDFC Bank's Customer Care and CC Team for two months, but I'm relieved to say that the issue with my account has finally been resolved. The problem was caused by a system error that added "91" to my phone number and dropped the last two digits, resulting in add-on cardholders being assigned a different phone number. This meant that when they tried to add their card on the mycards portal, it would show as invalid. After sending numerous emails to the Grievances and PNO teams, I was able to get it sorted out last week with the help of a supportive executive from the backend team. If anyone else is facing a similar issue, I'd be happy to share the executive's email address - just send me a DM!
