1. The card should be 6 months old.
2. Address in your salary slip should match the office address in credit card
3. Salary slip for past 3 months (merged)
4. Bank statement where the salary is credited (1 month)
5. Filled limit enhancement form (https://www.axisbank.com/docs/defau...-limit-enhamcement-form.pdf?sfvrsn=8842f555_0)

If you have the above things sorted out, then goto www.axisbank.com/support -> Connect via email

Enter the following details

Click email.

In the next page, upload these documents. Wait for 2-5 days.

It will take time to get a response from pro@axisbank.com if you mail directly. It is faster if you follow escalation matrix with a reference number.

1. Send mail to support - get reference number
2. Escalate to nodal officer using the form after 1 or 2 days if you didn't get the issue resolved. Mention the reference number from 1
3. Escalate to pno using the form after a few days, if you still didn't get the issue resolved. Mention the reference number from 1 (also other reference numbers that were in the reply mails)

Initially if u applied online then the form itself captured the details of job and office right

Call customer care and update the address. Note down the service request number. A person will visit the office to verify.

3-5 days. Check whether the service request is still open.
