This looks like a really good card for utility spends upto 75k month. 1750 RP = 2.3% return.

Also very good for international spends - 2.15% net return on 75k spends.

Utility spends are not considered for Milestone so that makes the effective return still at 1%

I got approved for Zenith+ but thinking may be I should downgrade to LIT.

LIT with 10X gives 2% return on all online spends for fee of 1416 Rs , while Zenith + is giving 1% base and 2% only on travel, dining and Intl for fee of Rs 900 (GST component).

Lifestyle benefits I dont need as have them on DCB and Atlas card. I was thinking of keeping Zenith+ for international spends but Yes Marquee is giving 3.32% net return with a 1L reward point cap and better lifestyle benefits also such as BMS upto 800, 8 guest lounge visits, and 1.18% forex fees.

Only use case for Zenith+ is Intl spends as backup for Yes Marquee and Meet n Greet 4 times (for solo travel only). LIT is useful for all spends, specially utility which is excluded by many cards.

Any other alternative perspective on LIT vs Zenith+?

How is Zenith+ for rental payments?

My understanding is 1% reward rate - 0.4%(Redgirraffe) = 0.6% net reward rate.

Am I missing something?
