Also customer giving weried reason for failled transaction they are saying date of birth mismatched in bank account but it shows correct in netbanking and mobile app

I paid bill from amazon using axis netbanking after reading these post i think axis did someting worng with me they also not give me voucher of 750 but deduct 708 as charrges

Axis Bank deduct 600+108 for non maintaing MAB in my liberty savings account.

But as per t&c MAB waive off by spending so i paid credit card bill through amazon and choose axis netbanking.

Earlier, somewhere in this thread I mentioned Axis System is not considering Netbanking Txns in 25k Spends Criteria.

Earlier Netbanking Txns are getting Counted.

I Updated the Same as soon as I came to know about this from @0xfallup.

Since you were charged NMC for Sep'23, we can ascertain from Sep'23 onwards , Somehow Axis system is not considering Netbanking Merchant Txns.

You can raise Complaint for Both NMC reversal and 750 GV since you are eligible and due to Axis System issues, your Netbanking spends are not getting counted in 25k Criteria
