I had Ace card so zero initial funding..

Can not skip when I last checked.

Issuance Charges hai, After Issuance Debit Card ke saath kya karta hai Account holder does not Matter to Axis at all. Services Avail ki hai uska charge toh dena padega na.

Online Account Opening m skip bhi nhi kar sakte DC issuance ko.

If @Pradumya Does not want Liberty DC, he should open it offline.

Online Account Opening Process m Option hi nhi hai

Card is issued by default as per Account variant Selected and Charges are also shown on Landing Page of Digital Account opening.

Also You Accepted Tncs Related to Debit Cards and Savings Account, MID of Digital Liberty Account and that too before entering any details.

If you think Axis Did wrong then Fight with them and give Proof to them Card was issued without taking neccsary Consent and Hence charges are invalid.
