I opened Liberty Savings Account 2 weeks back.I am unable to transact using my Virtual online rewards debit card since I opened my account.I tried adding 100 Rs. in Amazon wallet but I am not getting OTP at the time of payment.Both Domestic and International usage are active on virtual debit card.However, I am able to transact with my Physical Liberty Debit card.I visited branch in this regard and the Manager was also clueless.I updated alternate mobile number in the account but still getting same message.He raised service request 2 days back.Let me know if anyone faced similar issue with virtual Online rewards debit card.

So I chatted with web chat support, but as usual.. you know

Then I just mailed to nodal officer to block the debit card.
Today BM called me and itna sincerely baat kiya.. meri maa kabhi itne ache se baat na kari mere se
G fatne wali konsi baat thi ye samjh nahi ayi par maja aya... BM said ki "card details mujhe WhatsApp kar dijiye mai block karwa deta hu.. and aap mera number rakh lijiye kuch ho toh direct mujhe call kijiyega"


UPDATE - liberty debit card successfully blocked permanently.

Dekhte hai kab tak block karta hai BM.

Last time I used this DC in MK for CC payment . It didn’t count towards 60k spend. Hence closed this DC..
Now I did all UPI transactions via CRED.. let’s see what happens in 2 weeks..

Otherwise ,we need to do a part time job continuously to see which MCC is eligible for weekend CB..
