I still don't find any UPI Specific exclusions except P2A.But surprise, how they deny this , if we make UPI transactions for Zerodha as they are P2M. I don't see any specific P2M exclusions for UPI for getting 750 Voucher?.

Any thoughts on this?. Is their T&C are out of date?

You can complain with axis bank first and ask the reason that I spend 60000 in a quarter then also not for and if they deny ask the reason. if received unsatisfactory response then complain to RBI ombudsman. By the way, can also got compensation.
Mention their name in message axshit and complain on Twitter.

It is not activated fast even online. I got this mail-
Your account application is currently being processed and you will receive a confirmation once it is activated.

And existing relationship it is mentioning is actually a credit card which I closed 3-4 months back!!
