For me also , she was not visible initially..

Then I asked her "Could you please confirm that my new account is of type Priority SB account??"
Then she immediately appeared on the screen and said " No No sir, yours is Liberty Account",. then I said ok..ok..
This actaully happened...

I added 10k in kotak through DC, amount debited from account but didn't receive in kotak. Received an automated call immediately from axis for transaction and I approved that.

Yeah, I am waiting to see where it goes. I am surprised to see Axis security software that I got call immediately asking for approval over 10k transaction amount.
