Because, in terms and conditions, it was mentioned that Telecom transactions are excluded for 60k spends, so need a clarity on the same if anybody done the same before.

My suggestion avoid it if you can. You can probably use other platforms.

Is Credit bill payment through Jupiter app for Edge CSB card is considered for quarterly 60k spends? I had done a small transaction of the same through Jupiter app UPI option using Axis Liberty account and checked in My Money section of Axis Netbanking/ Mobile Banking, this transaction has been categorised as Loan/ EMI.

As CSB bank is not available on BBPS, the only option to pay its Credit card bill payment through only Jupiter app or Razorpay link which is available in the generated statement. Please let me know if there is any other trick to get cashback for Edge CSB credit card bill payment. As i already tried many options like using HDFC Platinum/ Millennia Debit card, nothing gets a cashback for this payment.

It's written "ATM decline charges incl GST" in statement !!
It is not a case of insufficient balance as the ATM clearly showed me Incorrect PIN and was able to withdraw in the next attempt after carefully typing the PIN that time.

Also for a new liberty account 1 month is from date of opening or calendar month i mean before 31st December?

No such rule exists of charging for wrong pin. Please send screenshot if you can. I don't have any intention of disrespect to anyone but some people are trying to start controversies for their holiday entertainment. 😆 so for them I want to say, open tv and watch tv. There are so much other means of entertainment you will be highly enjoyed by seeing girl noticing to you to actor. 😉
