Have u transacted on Non Axis Bank ATM? Axis might have understood the failure was because of insufficient bal, lol. 🤡

I think may be you have input 50000 instead of 5000 or any other amount. It can be mistake as human error as we all are humans or have you checked balance also in ATM and have you transacted at non axis bank atms. If you think, you have done everything correct then raise it on Twitter. But according to my knowledge these are instant as automatic process. There should not be this type of mistake at banks server side.

That's a valid possibility normally but in this case the ATM had shown me incorrect PIN entered, that's why I was concerned.
I plan to call Axis tomorrow for clarification.

You need to manually get the cashback- it's not automatically processed. There's an option to check for debit card cashback inside netbanking/app; when you confirm via OTP, they credit to your account.

So, I contacted Chuxis today, according to them the charge on 22nd is a consolidated recovery from October and it's merely a coincidence that the charge was dropped the very next day of me entering wrong PIN.
Now, naturally, I don't recall anything about ATM dealings of 2 months back. Hence, having to give them benefit of doubt 🫠🫠
I guess, I would know if the wrong ATM PIN caused any issue only in February.

Then it will happened because these charges are automatic cut. So this is not axis bank fault. By the way it happens 1 percent of time that axis is correct.
