Axis Bank Magnus Credit Card Rewards and Milestone Benefits- Edge points not credited for few transactions

I have a Magnus card which I've used for 2 rent payments this month. One on CRED and another on Paytm. Haven't received edge reward points yet for both txns even though it's been more than 4 days since. Have attached txn and reward point screenshots.

1. How many days does it usually take for edge rewards to be credited? Should I wait further?
2. Or does it mean that my rent payments have not been counted as eligible for monthly milestone of 1L spends and I've to plan my future spends accordingly to meet the target without these 2 txns?

Is it possible to make redgiraffe rent payment using magnus card through payzapp? So far i was using city bank cc and hdfc cc through respective bill payment facility. Now planning to use magnus, but axis does not support redgiraffe directly.

Also does this rent payment considered as part of 1 lakh/month milestone?

Yes, Rent Payment is considered in 1L spending.

It may come up as 'Wallet' in Axis given PayZapp is a primarily a wallet. If it does show as wallet, won't get any reward points. And won't know until 3 months later.

But yes Rent payment is considered in 1L. Preferably pay via Magic bricks, Paytm, Cred etc. instead of losing out on ₹6,200 worth rewards points for an additional ₹544 saving of using RedGiraffe via PayZapp instead of other Rent platform.

The monthly milestone is counted from 1st to the 30th/31st of the month irrespective of billing date? (For Magnus)
Also is it the same for DCB 80k milestone? 1st to 30th/31st?

Yes for DCB. You can even check your progress on mobile banking by selecting redeem reward points and going to reward history tab.

Yes for DCB and Infinia. I have been paying rent and reward points for rent payment shows as insurance in reward point table in statement.

I have even not received normal rewards for July transactions, worst services from axis bank.
It would be better to name axis bank as technical issues/glitches bank

You will get it, just have to wait for at least 90days to raise a concern with them and the first month as well (as 5% extra is not given for the issued month).

Just confirmed with axis bank that we can only get maximum 25k reward points per month.
Means there is capping of 25k reward points per month
