They charged Rs 600 + tax ( 708 ) yesterday for Sept 2024 non maintenance charges.
I have mailed them for no prior communication.
Anybody else also charged for non-maintenance ??
Initially was CITI salary account and then was converted to zero NRV Citibank priority account .So in actual you need to maintain 2L for Priority account. How much you’re maintaining?

Post migration, axis mentioned as "There will be no immediate change to the charges. Any change will be communicated
well in advance".
I am maintaining above 1L less than 2L.So i didn't keep much mab in axis .
Suddenly they are charging for sept 2024 in NOV 24.
Now axis is expecting 1lakh NRV for citi migrated priority account ( savings + fd + etc ) .
They are no more honoring Citi commitments .
How much you are maintaining NRV ?
For meeting 1lakh NRV , you are holding funds in savings account or Fixed deposits.Never trust Axis and underestimate Axis on this.

Did u get a dedicated Relationship Manager ? Still no RM is assigned even after sending mails for months .
Pathetic and unprofessional customer service ,they have no idea of Citi migrated accounts features. Over call they make you wait indefinitely and then disconnect .
Being a Priority customer i am facing such issue , i pity other axis bank customers below priority segment .
Very rare you get connected to old Citi customer care personnel who are exceptional .
Sorry No idea. I don't use that card at all.Is there any max limit for priority DC RPs ? i.e. 13 rps per 200 ??
