AXIS BANK - WORST

Even though we have multitude of threads here cautioning us to go for Axis Bank. I discussed with people here and went ahead to apply for Burgundy Account for M4B.
However, it has been 15 days since I have applied. They are unable to open the account. They always cite various nonsense reasons regarding backhend support.
Now they told me today that sir since it has been almost 15 days. We need to close this request and your account cannot be opened. However, we can take a fresh application day after tomorrow if you wish so.
What the hell!!!

Don't you know? Axis Bank is not a bank. It's just a gang of goondas who are semi-well organized they they have managed to make fools of millions.

Have deposited any money as initial payment for the account? If not then forget axis and look for other options unless u desperately need MB AND have spends over 2 lakhs each month on cc.

Thanks @drsel i know even HDFC is not near perfect
But my assumption was axis for burgundy is good
Not sure how can bank deny this request

By this standard, you could imagine your position after you become their customer..
their behaviour is like this when you want to throw 30Lacs at them , imagine your position after 30L were thrown…

Say the same for HDFC and there will be an army attacking you in defence because .. "All hail Infinia". We have posts here where Imperia customers have been treated like a nobody.

All private banks are the same as of today. The tables have turned and now PSU are performing better at everything. sadly, we cannot just change our bank accounts with a snap.

My suggestion: pick a PSU that has the best possible premium account with features.

As I saw these only happens in tier1 cities where there are many people who have these types of balances in there accounts but when you do business with tier 3 city, you will feel difference when you keep this amount of money to a private bank
