I doubt if the latest list will be available in public domain. Instead of list, you can mention the company name and perhaps @Alwàys_Bélîevé_Yøursélf🎯 will help.

I have a burgundy salary account but my company doesn’t have a tie-up with Axis. I think it is not mandatory that your organisation need to have banking relationship in order for you to get Burgundy salary account.

If your net credit salary per month is Rs 3 lacs+ then you can open a new Salary Burgundy Account either by online or through branch. Your employer details doesn't matter in this case.

Salary credit of >3L has to happen in Axis account. Company credits the amount in Salary account. Hence company needs to agree to do that. I have seen some companies have list of banks in which they process the salary. If Axis is not part of the list, then there is a problem in getting Burgundy

I am 100% sure. If any Axis branch agent/employee is denying then either he/she doesn't know or they are simply lying to you.

I’m a burgundy account holder.

The best way is to go the bank and say I want to open an account. The representative will check for the company name and say if it is available or not. I did the same with ICICI bank. Please go and check.
