I assume that you know that if you pay on Amazon using the APay card (which is is easy to get) you get 2%

You should get 1.5% because they have not excluded cashback for insurance transactions

Yes, I agree. Insurance is now excluded w.e.f. 5th March 2023. That initial post was made in December, when the T&C in the document were different

It is still possible. A quick search and you will get your answer. Using Millenia Card you can purchase up to 20k GV, you can also use SBI CB card and using APay card you can buy GV too.
And if your due date is not anytime soon you can stock up on Amazon GV.

you can buy amazon pay voucher cause it can used for both bill payment and shopping can be brought via tons of website including amazon and earn 1.5 cb, now if you have other card then you can get more cb, what card you have apart from flipkart axis. sbi cb you can buy 5% using amazon pay , try to buy as per requirement cause it sbi in the end.
