Axis Magnus Axis Magnus Monthly Milestone Reward Points Tracking (Check Yours)

I would be cancelling these hotels. These were booked for VISA purpose. I am not sure how good is cancellation in travel edge, so didn't want to take that risk.
I do see some fully refundable cancellation options in travel edge. That should work ideally.

On a side note, it seem a good way to earn some temporary points, in case someone is getting short for their flight booking and can't wait for next grab deals, Gyftr or monthly milestone credit.

Yes, I am doing that only. I wanted edge points for flight booking. So booked fully refundable hotels and get points. Since my travel is still 3 months away, by that time I will be get grabdeals, gyftr and monthly milestone. So cancellation will not effect my overall points.

Lot of embassy needs confirmed paid booking not pay later option/pay at hotel option. And I am not investing, it's fully refundable tickets. Once my visa gets approved then I would cancel before credit bill is generated.
what are the chances of visa getting approved before bill generation?

Its not pay later or pay at hotel. It is a confirmed book. I have travelled to more than 8 countries till now, never got rejected. Bcz the booking is a confirmed booking.

I didn't want to risk it. this is my first international trip. My colleague had booked through booking.com and his visa got rejected(may be there is another reason for rejection but when he went to Visa agent they told may be because it was not fully paid hotel booking it got rejected). So didn't want to risk it just because of this. May be I will try in my next trip but for this trip I don't want to risk it.
