So, it is best to keep track of bonus points to be credited and check after 4 months if we have them credited.

Also, is there any reliable method to know if we have met the monthly milestone? Or, is manual tracking the only way?

Amex is very reliable for points credit, and also their app lets us track our spending very easily. Looks like Axis is not so friendly.
