Axis Neo used to give me 40% CB in Zomato. Currently the code Axisneo is not getting applied. Is there any number of times it was applicable?

Axis Neo used to give me 40% CB in Zomato. Currently the code Axisneo is not getting applied. Is there any number of times it was applicable?
 
Just checked, the tweet is still there. I got a DM from Axis though that they are looking into the issue and raised a service request.
I thought how this is even possible, to delete tweet it should have been reported or against X guidelines or Zomato should have taken your account access which is bit impossible.

Lemee know when you get the resolution.
 
So I think the offer is valid only on restaurant that deliver food. I faced the same issue with the Axis30 code for rewards card and thought the code was not working. What I was trying to order was sweets, and the shop was Haldiram sweet and farsan and not Haldiram restaurant. When I tried the code at haldiram restaurant the code worked, but not for haldiram sweet and farsan.

Could it be that, maybe restaurant have the option to turn on and off and choose what offer is applicable at any given point in time? And Axis and Zomato do not want to disclose that to customers?
I have had ordered on 31st, now not able to use on Nov 1, lol. 😂

Even after ordering tried for the second time to check on 31st and it was working.

Now today on Nov 1, facing issues like, select promocode is not applicable with current payment method. 😂

Zomato is charging ₹10 instead of ₹6 as platform fees without any announcement saying festive season. 😂 Seems putting bug willingly time and again.

I have had ordered on 31st, now not able to use on Nov 1, lol. 😂

Even after ordering tried for the second time to check on 31st and it was working.

Which means that the restaurant can turn the offer on and off at their end??

Zomato is charging ₹10 instead of ₹6 as platform fees without any announcement saying festive season. 😂 Seems putting bug willingly time and again.
It is a calendar month. You can use twice from 1-31

I am not able to apply cupon, tried several resturants even from which past purchased was made with the cupon.

It should be applied, no such t&cs was disclosed. I don't think Restuarant has the provision to turn off, because the offer/promocode is available because of the partnership between Axis and Zomato. On, invoice also, it is presented like the burden is not on resturant for payment cupon atleast.

I think Zomato is doing some dirty business, earlier too that was happened, how same thing will be named bug again and again.

Also on certain restaurant the cost of items on zomato is higher than the restaurant. Basicall a different menu altogether. So for such I order directly from the restaurant.

Unless its quota based and the quota gets exhausted and it doesn't work. I am just guessing now. But something is definitely fishy. It cannot work and then just stop working randomly and Axis and Zomato seem to have no clue.

Actually, they only shows total bill at the final page, needs to click once again to see split of charges. That's how, many even didn't care or see, the hike.

Yea, your right. For 30 minutes it said my order is being prepared and then suddenly the next minute it showed that the delivery guy is walking to my door.
Gold had delivery guarantee which they would give like 10, 20 bucks when this were late. Thry have discontinued that, so I guess that don't care about on time delivery anymore
