Axis Magnus Axis suspended miles redemptions on my account

Two days back I had initiated a miles transfer of around 3.3l miles to my turkish account (in fear of the upcoming devaluation).

Today when I try to log into travel edge, I get an error stating: The account is suspended, miles redemption will not be available.
On edge rewards portal I get this error: User not exists in lms customer portal

Am I the only one who is facing this issue? Has anyone else faced the same? Any idea what might have caused this issue? Can they do this?

I have sent an email to axis cc. Lets see what their reply is.

I just received a mail stating I have used the card for business used. I have never used the card for any business use or rotation. Also I am not able to see the merchant names mentioned in the email in the statement. I called customer care and also check with them. They are also not able to find the merchant names in the transactions I have dropped on mail to nodal officer and PNO will have to wait for the reply from them

Ya after pno just mail file on RBI man. Axis Is gonna keep denying for some or the other reason

Same i also received this mail today and merchant name is not matching with any of my transection

Bro can you tell me how to use payabhi for doing rotation? I remember once I was asked to pay at vanity mobile store to pay by card, they asked my card number and other details, when i received OTP, it was from Cashforabhi.... I did the txn... the txn amount was 1.9l and the card was hdfc.... After doing this txn, hdfc gave me upgraded card and increased my limit too!!! lol....

Ya i used bharatnxt once. But anyways I don't think anyone will get stuck unless you admit on call. Just say it was for personal use and not business use. And axis had not provided any prior info on this specific mcc we were doing according to T&C and complain to rbi. I am no expert but i wrote what came in my mind

PPL used too much for ms transactions i think,if u use card for general transactions also then no problem but some use only for ms then ai wil pick u
