Axis Magnus Axis suspended miles redemptions on my account

Two days back I had initiated a miles transfer of around 3.3l miles to my turkish account (in fear of the upcoming devaluation).

Today when I try to log into travel edge, I get an error stating: The account is suspended, miles redemption will not be available.
On edge rewards portal I get this error: User not exists in lms customer portal

Am I the only one who is facing this issue? Has anyone else faced the same? Any idea what might have caused this issue? Can they do this?

I have sent an email to axis cc. Lets see what their reply is.
 
The update is that they resolved my query yesterday.
I called them yesterday and they said its been resolved and that the miles will be reinstated as I have provided the bills.
Nothing happened.
Today I spoke to them, and they said that you have not sent the bills! So I told them I have and referred them to the Service request number.
So they have made another service request number and I also emailed them.
Shambolic customer service to be honest as they have no clue whats going on.
Still suspended. They asked for 5 days - so 26th there should be an updat

Where you have sent those bills? Which email id and jpg file size, how many bills you have sent? Please reply as i have to send also
