Applied for card on 6th October still no word from Aixs I don’t know whether it’s been rejected or Approved, the application tracking using their site is not helpful it’s stuck at checking eligibility phase. So experienced fellow community people, does this happened to you

It’s a quite SOP for Axis… sometimes your application vanishes into thin air.. If you ask CC, they will give standard response.. All the best

I faced a similar kind of issue. I applied for my zone in August end and did vkyc on same day. For 7 working days, there was no update. After the said 7 working days, i received a call from the bank saying bank's employee will come to my house to do a physical verification. Physical verification done without checking any income proofs. Around mid September received email saying my application was approved and it reached me after a week of that mail. After all the above process only that application tracking website was updated. Till i receive my card, that tracking page was showing application pending.

The Beauty of AXIS is , if you check status now, it may still show "pending"... 😉 😉

Atleast they send tracking ID of courier agent once the card is dispatched.

and after receiving the tracking id, you can very quickly start checking the status, just in 4 to 5 days... 😉 😉

This may some more time, mine took 13 days. Also, it is still stuck at step 3 for me, though i have received my card yesterday and activated it.

I mailed pno regarding application status. Card was approved next day🤣🤣. These buggers simply sit on the application

Give it three weeks. It's a standard period taken by Axis to either approve or reject the application..

My Atlas application was stuck too, here is the process.
After applying wait for 10 working days. (2 weeks)
Even after 10 working days if it's still in eligibility check.
Call premium support, they'll "upgrade" your existing card to the required card, but your existing card won't be closed either. They would take an OTP consent from you. The card immediately starts showing up on the app with last 4 digits. This only works if it's a paid card.

While Amex approves most cards in 2 days and delivers them often in 3-4 days, hearing these stories make me laugh but sad at the same time.
