process is easy I had been using BOB bob premier for last 6 months, had ITR of more than 12 lac so just sent an upgrade request mail at 'conversions@bobfinancial.com' , after two weeks they replied back with an upgrade form to be filled and sent back to them which I did,, and then after 2 week my card delivered at my home even they didnt sent any mail in regards that my card has been upgraded it's only in the morning that I received a SMS from blu dart that I will receive a courier but even I was not aware that it will from BOB only in even got SMS from BOB that my card has been dispatched and will reach me by this date

Did you submit your income docs along with the mail??

They upgraded just on a single mail… No form… No cibil hit… No questions… Card dispatched today…. Not sure about limit or card type visa or rupay…. Will see on delivery…

They gave me the word format too for upgrade.
But I dont have that much ITR, so did not send them.
I was thinking to send the form along with my card statement. Just to try my luck😉😋.
Card statement can be helpful instead of ITR?

Just send it..... They have your spends already.... Mine was just upgraded just on mail from easy to premier .... No form or anything....
