search in your locality and get one assembled for cheap. makes 0 sense to purchase a well known brand since they literally provide the same parts & service.
check youtube/reddit for DIY water purifiers
Hold up..
Really?
My use is for high hardness of drinking water. (High Ca/Mg in water).
What would you suggest?

Vivid and Vision are just differentiation for the same product on Amazon and Flipkart. You get the same product.
Amazon model has solar remote.
Flipkart model doesn't have one. For this only reason price is different.
Flipkart Samsung Vision

Rs 55,490

Amazon Samsung Vivid Pro

Rs 57,990

One more update. These above prices are of yesterday.
Sale on 1st day was an eye wash, I think. Early access sale and all for prime and plus members.
On 26th September midnight below prices were there.
Flipkart Samsung Vision

Rs 58,240

Amazon Samsung Vivid Pro

Rs 59,999
If anyone has noticed price differential kindly update on other products

Bhai Flipkart pe bhi hua hai, royally vahi jo amazon prime ka hua. Aur Flipkart pe agar grab deals se lenge to 5% over and above aayega cashback upto 3000 on all categories.

Just one update. Not to spoil anyone's mood but just went to reliance smart and samsung qn90d is being sold for 1,09,000 with 3 yrs warranty and Amazon has it for 1,40,115 and with discounts coming up to 1,30,115. Seems offline is good in my case.

I have checked the offline models for these TVs and can assure you that there's no difference in the panel. It is just the remote gimmick with solar and multi-voice assistants.

PS: dropped the Samsung purchase considering what is being offered for the cost and the unreal colour tone.

It was because Samsung lowered the prices and started a promotion (if we are considering the Samsung TV prices).

I was at a Croma store and they showed me invoices for the same model TVs sold just a day ago. Got revised rates at Reliance Digital too.

I agree. Got similarly better deals via the offline retailers but dropped the idea of a Samsung after browsing some TV forums.

Just get the urban company M1 from flipkart for 10150 ish with bank offers and you will be good. I say this after using popular brands for 3 years and a commercial one at this place where we have groundwater from borewell with very high TDS.

But offline models of same configuration are more costlier than online ones, plus they don't have any extra to offer. I purchased samsung 43 4k tv model year 2022, i had none concerns with it. It ran smoothly.

Yes that is the reality, aquaguard/kent, most of these popular brands have a chip installed with the filters due to which, you have to replace the filters either when 6000L of water is purified or 12months, whichever comes first..
So the recurring cost is veryy high (for ex. Aquaguard costs around 5K per year fixed)

Check these reddit post:- https://www.reddit.com/r/india/s/ZuimFH0eJG

I'm assuming the TDS in your water is very high, so opt for RO+UV+UF. I'll attach a link to a few youtube DIY videos (it's literally like LEGOs) so you can get a gist of what I'm talking about, and then search in your locality for a shop which sells assembled water purifiers..

Are there TV forums too?
Can you DM me the link , please.

you can find a forum for pretty much everything under the sun. even some niche and kinky ones but may not be easily accessible with restrictions on entry too.

sent you a message with a couple of links. i am just glad that i did a search yesterday before going ahead with the Samsung Q60D purchase. the sales people have absolutely no tech know/how and just parrot the claims advertised by brands as features.

i wanted to buy a dumb/non smart TV but couldn't find one. making a buying decision after looking at the display in those lit showrooms with demo settings is the worst thing one can do.

Obviously, but the real deal is to find the right forum with knowledgeable & welcoming people.
Thanks for the links!
If you run into a dumb/non smart TV, please inform me too 😀
