Received my s23 ultra yesterday. ordered on 1st Oct. and the expected delivery date was 10th. The did not ship till 9th. Finally shipped on 9th and arrived on 10th. Turned out that, it was a same city shipment.

It's not directly 10% anymore
Cart value was 6k+, still no 10% direct discoun with SBI BPCL cc, they still have cashback of ₹275 that's about 4.5% (donno how they calculated, I removed few items still showed ₹275 cashback). I would rather use my SBI CB.

maybe already utilized with that card and left over amount is 275rs.

ex: total cashback allowed 2500. if already availed 2225 then remaining 275 only you'll get.

not sure, just a theory.

Its my first order since 26-sept.
But surely some weird sh#t happened.
I didn't pay for my order.
I check again after 10mins, and then added items to cart again , now I see that cart value of about 6000, with discount it is about 5400, plus 275 as cashback (may be for amazon diamond points). Thats about 14.5% discount.
 
Planning to cancel a single item from Amazon order made on Friday 11-oct. This will take the total order amount below 5k.
Will this affect the discounts given by SBI credit card and Amazon. In this case, will they take back any of the discounts?

Am not getting directly 10% instant discount in Amazon.
Tried with icici coral rupay cc and Airtel Axis MasterCard cc.
Cart value was about 5400, still no 10% direct discount with either cc.
I asked Amazon customer care, first they asked me to remove Fire Stick. Then asked me save the cc and try.
Still same issue.
Cart value does not show the instant discount in the the final payment order page.
I have availed twice GIF sale (both with SBI Cards). Any limit with that?

tried in other amzn account? to sort amzn issue or card bin issue.

just checked no exclusion of card variants in both banks.

1. check whether all products in cart their page showing that card offer.

ICICI coral rupay cc and Airtel Axis MasterCard cc have obviously different bin.
Issue is from yesterday, tried 7-8 times from both cards, so it's not a glitch.
Didn't try another Amazon account as it didn't have prime. I will try another account now and test.

Try adding some other single product above 5k from the sale homepage only and then try if the discount gets applied on checkout

Then it will be confirmed weather it's card issue or product issue

Added a single product in another amazon account with same Airtel cc and I see the discount.
So definitely not cc issue. Might be account issue but not sure why.
I will add my shopping list and try to order now.

Make sure all the itmes you are adding in the cart have the respective bank offer applicable.
Some items won't be applicable for the bank offer in question
Nothing to do with your previous SBI cards offers that were avalied before

just for testing, not actual purchase. whether instant discount applied there or not.

Did you check same product in your account, still not showing discount?

I triple checked. Even the customer care guy helped me and confirmed all are eligible for bank offer.
All items show the 'bank offers' in the description.
But my shopping list does not give me the instant discount with cc.

Last year I faced similar issue with my newly issued coral, I complained to icici but no avail. And it was only fixed in the next sale.
