Strange! I applied on Sprint, and in a week I received the card! Afaik only Axis has stopped issuing Vistara as some TF members have reported but the rest are still issuing i.e IDFC, and SBI. Idk about Indusind 😛

Strange thing is SBI people approached him that it’s been 3 months your application got rejected and we can apply now. I thought SBI cards profitability is decreasing and many analysts reduced their target to 620 per share so these guys are calling and giving cards. But the end rejection happened 😂

No, it's due to their incompetent 3rd party verification team. I can't get the card if my office is 2000km away and I am doing WFH, I can't get the card if I don't come to office at 9am in the morning.

During the Prime Day/Goat sale, I also visited my local Vijay sales, Croma and Reliance digital. Offering the same prices as online, bit costly than Amazon/Flipkart - but they were offering additional in store discount.

I was looking for M3 MacBook Air -
This was the best deal I got in Vijay sales
Cost - 114900 on apple website
In-store discount - 10% -> 103410
Additional ICICI/Sbi 10k discount -> 93410

I thought might get a better deal in BBD/GIF hence didn't take it that time. Let's hope again in BBD, they give some good in store discount as well.

TLDR - Do checkout offline stores during sales for additional in store discount of 5-10% (along with card discount)
