Now that paytm fastag is shutdown, what are good choices for fastag?

See the ICICI one would be activated automatically (in a day after application) but I would suggest to not use it until you close the older tag. NHAI recently rolled out "One Vehicle, One FasTag" so better to follow that.

Yes I applied ICICI Fastag on same day when I initiated closure request for paytm fastag. It was smooth & it got delivered in 4 working days.

I am not sure about non kyc address thing.

Bluedart delivered the fastag.

 

I have raised request for closure of paytm fasttag. And applied new one from ICICI. Yet to be delivered. Heard mostly good things about this.

Yes you can provide different delivery address.

No. You need to request closure of paytm fastag. Meanwhile you can apply new fastag from your preferred provider.

Once paytm fastag is closed, you can start using new fastag.

Won't suggest those as have heard about their acceptability issues at tolls. But if your primary use case is rotating money etc. then...

The best benefit of Paytm FASTag was that I simply used to add money to wallet, and both my car’s FASTags used the same wallet balance.

Are you aware if any other FASTag provider has that kind of capability? Where I can reload money in a single wallet and 2 different fastags should be able to use that wallet’s balance

So we need to add money to wallet balance, and then transfer it to “tag balance”? Or does the money get deducted from wallet balance for each tag automatically?
