Hello Friends,

I have opted for 10k Tata Cliq vouher via Magnus welcome benefits. Can you please tell me the best purchase from Tata Cliq possible? How is everybody spending their 10k voucher from Magnus on Tata Cliq? Asking because most the product prices are inflated in comparison to other websites.

Appreciate any guidance on the same! Thanks

Wanted to buy the Bangalore refinery gold as it is 99.99% but it is always out of stock. Are you planning to sell the gold right away or hold on to it? Need some data point for how much of a haircut you have to take when reselling to jeweler.
Yes, I am planning to sell it right away. I got the Banglore Refinery Gold (999.99). I'll let you know the price once I sold it. Still waiting for the delivery.

I don't think they would want to have a cap on Edge Rewards multiplier points because you have to wait for 90 days anyway 🤣 🤣
So I was buying vouchers on Gyftr for Tata Cliq and it says I cannot spend more than 20k for this month. Tried Amazon, and it says I cannot spend more than 10k for this month. Seems like there is a limit on Gyftr on how much you can buy per month. Bummer! 😒

Anyone thinking of utilizing the loophole and buying lot of gold to accumulate the reward points, also think of a strategy to sell the gold and get the funds back in their accounts.

The problem is even if you buy 50k worth of gold and sell it for 45k to a jeweller and assuming he gives you cash, how are you going to realistically use that much cash? You already have a premium card you want to put spends on and if the jeweller pays you a cheque that you deposit into account, it could again raise flags as to where the out came from. Looks okay for a one time hustle but no chance you can get away doing this frequently.

At least for folks like me, who earn and make most of the spends in white, this is a recipe for disaster.

Agree, I never do this for more than 1 lakh in a year.

I agree with you. This is not something that can be done frequently unless you have a way around it.
